Yes — hotels, ryokan, airports, train stations, even private addresses (with prior approval). Exact meeting points will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
You can request a preferred time window, and we’ll do our best to match it. In busy seasons or remote areas, timing may vary.

We cannot transport hazardous goods, cash, passports, high‑value jewelry, or items prohibited under Japanese law. See your booking confirmation for the full list.
Yes — changes and cancellations can be made before the cut‑off time listed in your confirmation email. Late changes may incur a fee.
