Yes — hotels, ryokan, airports, train stations, even private addresses (with prior approval). Exact meeting points will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed.
You can request a preferred time window, and we’ll do our best to match it. In busy seasons or remote areas, timing may vary.

Yes — changes and cancellations can be made before the cut‑off time listed in your confirmation email. Late changes may incur a fee.
